Our client has now commissioned three waves of this research, which we conduct annually.

It is an online survey that covers how and why new customers chose our client’s policy and their experiences using the sales channel.

Overall the findings are robust, consistent and positive, with significant improvements measured each wave. In particular, the survey shows that customers are well informed and understand their policy. Our client has used the research findings in their marketing strategy and communications development.
