Will our customers come back?
These are difficult times, with many businesses losing sales and we can see people changing how they behave. If you have lost customers in the pandemic, will they come back?
We know that the pandemic has forced people to change their behaviour in many ways. People are baking more for instance. Many people have switched brands.
One thing you could do is an 'attrition' or 'lapsed user' survey. This would highlight for you whether your customers' attitudes to you are the same as they were - whether they still like you, whether you still have a role in their lives. If they no longer use you, the reason may be economic, so would a simpler cheaper offer work better for them? However, if they now value what your competitor offers, it's best to find that out now, right?
