This was certainly the case for one of our clients needed to provide essential but complex information to their clients in a Fact Sheet. We helped them understand when they could use - but also define - technical terminology, and when they needed to rewrite the sentence or paragraph in plain English.  We also helped them write the Fact Sheet in the order that people would use and understand it.
